Comprehensive automated line for thermal processing of PKW springs including 100% mechanical spring check with automatic correction according to special dynamic algorithm and special visual camera with 100% control with possibility of division into IO and NIO pieces.   • The installation of springs into and out of the induction hardening and sanding system is done by means of pneumatic manipulators with FESTO components.
