SAMPLE PREPARATION EQUIPMENT – EMS SERIES

Basic description and function:

Marking of exact distances on tensile samples to measure elongation after sample break, unless an extensometer is used until complete rupture is used. Since it is used to mark the engraving of the exact tip, (a comma with a thickness of 0.02 to 0.05 mm), there is no distortion or influence on the test results.

Main advantages:.

Flexible fit of long-lasting engraving marking needles. Uniform marking and distribution with a scale accuracy of 0,1 mm. Simple and accurate insertion of samples into the device including clamping. The rotation of the marking drum is ensured manually. Just turn min 1/4 turn and the sample is marked. In the EMS-E model, the rotation of the marking drum is provided electrically.

Usage:.

Marking of samples – circular and flat bars, reinforcing steel or bars. Marking length 2, 10 and 20 mm. Max. marking length up to 1000 mm.
