Fully automatic vertical balancing machine VSTest designed for balancing PKW pressure discs with automatic loading and unloading of parts from the conveyor system, selection into IO and NIO pieces. The balancing machine has a fully automatic cycle, i.e., the pressure disk is loaded with a conveyor manipulator into the machine, it detects unbalance, corrects it by drilling in a precisely defined place, performs a control measurement and automatically stores the IO pieces back to the conveyor. The operator only fills and empties the conveyor.
