1. Specify the required nominal loading (kN) – 30, 50, 100, 250, 500kN.
2. Test force is provided by a central low speed drive with continuous force application.
3. What specimens are you going to test? Specify the basic dimensions-types and material.

4. According which STANDARD, testing course, are you going to perform the tests? If the tests are not according to an international standard, please, describe the type, test course and requested results.
5. Do you require a furnace? If YES, specify the maximal temperature and what furnace you prefer (2 zones or 3 zones).
6. Do you require a temperature chamber? If YES, enter the minimum and maximum temperature, humidity, or temperature course, temperature control accuracy and the medium you prefer. If it is a special chamber, enter the internal dimensions of the temperature chamber.
7. Do you require an extensometer?
8. Do you want only the basic software LOTETest (integrated in the electronics, with output on the LCD touch screen) with data output, or do you require the complete software CREEPtest?

9. What software language do you prefer?(CZ,EN,RU,FR,PL)
10. Please, specify the place of the machine installation and requirements for commissioning.
11. Specify the number of the machines required. The total price depends on the number of ordered machines.
